Abstract
The exacting Court is the highest legal body of the united States; it is the head of the legal branch. It is the only judicial system purposely created by the Constitution of the United States and applied in 1789 under the Judiciary act of 1789. . In most of the cases that argon heard by the Supreme Court it works by the appellate jurisdiction which is arranged by Article leash of the Constitution. One of the most controversial one of them all was in 1973 which was Roe versus Wade in this case abortion was make legal. Jane Roe had argued that the state of Texas violate her right to privacy by not allowing her to have the abortion that is why her case was interpreted to the Supreme Court. The Miranda versus Arizona enacted Miranda Rights. The Supreme Court had ruled that the confession of Miranda should have not been presented as evidence due to the point police had failed to notify Miranda his right to an attorney. This was determined unconstitutional and had violated the amendments. The Miranda finale required all of the United States police departments to affirm people who are being arrested on their rights under the ruling.
